Details to note

The Kozolec apartment is a tree-house-like apartment that sits at the top of a hill in Črni Vrh, with great views towards the South and the North. The off-grid nature of the building makes it a unique place to stay, while still providing all the amenities (except heating) you might want. Most of the summer there is plenty electricity and hot water, but in case of a a longer stretch of bad weather, it is possible to start running low on both. If the weather is good, charging an electric car is also possible, although only at 3 kW.

The accommodation sits right on the farm, so you’ll have all the animals in a range of only a couple hundred meters. We will give you a tour of the property when you arrive, so you can visit the animals by yourself later on. We also provide fresh vegetables and fruits, whatever is growing at the moment of your stay.

While the Kozolec apartment offers a unique and exciting stay, it might not be a good fit for a young family. Kids love to climb and run around, but they also fall. So with the apartment being a treehouse-like structure, please take safety considerations into account when deciding to book.
